What you will do

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the mid-sized company segment.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and present tailored SaaS solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
• Maintain accurate pipeline documentation using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure solution feasibility.
• Provide market feedback to enhance go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, HR, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in SaaS or HR solutions.
• Fluency in Spanish is required for this local role.
• Proven experience in mid-market prospecting and consultative selling.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
• Strong virtual and in-person communication and negotiation skills.
