Sales Support Trainee (Industrial Automation)

What you will do

• Support actuator and valve sizing, quotations, order processing, and project milestone monitoring.
• Assist with contract administration, service coordination, customer requests, and commercial documentation.
• Review RFQs, technical specifications, purchase orders, contracts, and service requests under supervision.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities, quotations, orders, contracts, projects, and service activities.
• Coordinate with customers, sales teams, service personnel, factories, and internal stakeholders to support on-time delivery.
• Complete rotations through Inside Sales, Contracts, and Service, normally lasting eight months per department.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or early-career professional seeking technical-commercial development.
• Technical knowledge of electrical, electronic, and/or mechanical systems.
• Degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, customer-focus, and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of actuators, valves, industrial automation, or flow control equipment.
