TL;DR

Leader- Procurement Category Group B (Procurement/Supply Chain): Procurement management for a category group, including purchase order expediting, negotiations, claims handling, supplier evaluation and development, and logistics of supplies with an accent on electrical technical knowledge and supplier compliance. Focus on processing purchase orders and proposals, managing supplier payments, overseeing goods receipt in ASAP, and driving results through SRM plus AUTO-PO and Shopping Portal processes.

What you will do

Manage procurement activities for the category group, including purchase order expediting and follow-up.
Run negotiations, handle claims, and evaluate and develop suppliers.
Coordinate personnel within the group for tasks and responsibilities defined in referenced documents.
Ensure compliance with Purchasing Group KPIs and achieve goals defined in HRIS or outside the system.
Process purchase orders and proposals, manage supplier payments, and oversee materials receipt (Goods Receipt in ASAP).
Ensure suppliers and contractors follow hirify.global Hydro Group regulations and drive execution in SRM, AUTO-PO, and Shopping Portal processes where applicable.

Requirements

Advanced English (Advance).
Professional degree in Electrical Engineering.
Technical knowledge of electrical panels/switchboards, MCCs, cables, installation materials, electrical instrumentation, and electrical equipment.
6 years of technical experience (not necessarily in procurement).
