Salary: Up to $80,000 per year

What you will do
- Act as a trusted people partner for approximately 400 employees across NY and Boston offices.
- Manage employee data within HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now, Microsoft Talent 365) and prepare HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with Talent Acquisition and L&D teams.
- Administer performance management processes, including goal-setting and review tracking.
- Lead and support employee relations (ER) matters, including conducting investigations and disciplinary meetings.
- Use workforce analytics to identify trends and provide data-driven insights to business leaders.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US (New York or Boston).
- 2-3 years of HR experience in a generalist, coordinator, or People Operations role.
- Associate degree or equivalent credit hours.
- Working knowledge of US federal and state employment laws.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now, Microsoft Talent 365, and MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1+).
