What you will do

• Partner with managers and employees to provide daily HR guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies.
• Support annual performance management cycles and compensation review processes.
• Manage employee relations, including coaching and conducting exit interviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records, organizational charts, and HR reports.
• Assist in developing HR goals and continuous improvement programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in an HR generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, with Workday strongly preferred.
