TL;DR

Location: Fully remote (Global)

Salary: $40,000 – $90,000 USD total annual compensation

What you will do

  • Lead company-wide hiring strategy, workforce planning, and manage the internal recruiting team.
  • Build and optimize scalable people operations, onboarding, and internal policies for a globally distributed workforce.
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership on organizational design, reporting lines, and team structures.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, feedback loops, and retention strategies.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle and act as the primary escalation point for people-related issues.
  • Personally lead the hiring process for executive and critical leadership roles.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or HR leadership.
  • Experience supporting organizations with 100+ employees in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Proven track record of leading recruiting teams and managing hiring operations.
  • Deep understanding of people operations within remote or distributed organizations.
  • Excellent judgment, bias toward action, and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling a company from approximately 100 to 300+ employees.
  • Experience managing remote teams across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Direct experience partnering with founders and senior leadership teams.
