What you will do

• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute the company's inorganic growth strategy.
• Lead end-to-end M&A execution from initial evaluation through signing and closing.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of acquisition opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.
• Develop sophisticated financial models, valuation analyses, and synergy assessments.
• Manage cross-functional due diligence teams and external advisors including legal and financial partners.
• Advise the CEO and Board on capital allocation and strategic investment decisions.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, or private equity.
• Proven track record of independently leading complex M&A transactions from strategy to closing.
• Deep expertise in transaction structuring, valuation methodologies, and corporate finance.
• Experience managing external legal counsel, financial advisors, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to Boards and investors.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
