Salary: $175,000 – $200,000 USD

What you will do

• Solicit mortgage loans through national accounts, correspondent bankers, and brokers.
• Perform detailed underwriting, valuation, and credit analysis of new investment opportunities.
• Negotiate and structure mortgage loan term sheets and coordinate closing processes with legal counsel.
• Research and evaluate new real estate markets to identify quality investment transactions.
• Provide leadership in program development and mentor subordinate team members.
• Maintain deep knowledge of real estate market factors and economic trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in commercial real estate.
• Detailed knowledge of mortgage loan documentation, analysis, and legal issues.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to evaluate real estate markets and alternative investments.
• Must be based in Atlanta, GA and available for frequent travel to assigned territories.
