What you will do

• Design, document, and implement processes to support operational scalability for autonomous vehicle technology.
• Manage the feedback loop between Field Ops and Product/Engineering teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to test, validate, and deploy new product features.
• Define and monitor operational KPIs to track product performance in the field.
• Communicate data-driven updates, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Operate effectively in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to use data for process improvements (e.g., Kibana/Elastic).
• Must be willing to work full-time in the Lancaster, TX office.
• Strong communication skills and experience working across diverse teams.
• Technical aptitude or interest in autonomous systems and logistics.
• Ability to leverage generative AI tools to streamline workflows.

Nice to have

• Background in operations research or industrial engineering.
• Experience in autonomy, mobility, supply chain, or logistics.
• Experience working in both startup and large company environments.
