Salary: $221,000 – $275,000 (San Francisco base range)

What you will do

• Build and drive the strategic roadmap for the Autonomy Data Flywheel.
• Draft requirements and ensure delivery for End-End AI, Perception, and Safety teams.
• Collaborate with engineering to establish and achieve quality and quantity KPIs.
• Define and maintain Data Diversity metrics to maximize scenario coverage on Sidewalk ODD.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives with Operations and IT for depot and cloud infrastructure.
• Oversee data pipelines to ensure critical data retention without impacting daily operations.

Requirements

• Product or Engineering experience with data infrastructure in AV, Automotive, or Robotics/Edge AI.
• Experience building production-level ML Ops pipelines.
• Proficiency with training datasets and evaluations for AI models.
• Must be located in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with data infrastructure at the Edge/Depot (e.g., NAS infra) and Cloud.
• Experience with targeted and active learning approaches in ML Ops.
