What you will do

• Coordinate the launch and adoption of new capabilities across field, vehicle, and customer operations domains.
• Oversee feedback channels and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with internal customers to develop a capability roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Provide transparency and alignment through effective communication of launches, issues, and decisions.
• Act as a subject matter expert to provide guidance, clarity, and training support.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Strategy, or Technical Program Management.
• BA/BS degree in a technical subject (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience implementing technology within network planning, logistics technology, and dispatch domains.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Experience in the autonomous vehicle, automotive, trucking, or logistics industries.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise-level product rollouts.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of the software development process.
• Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across product, operations, and engineering.
