Salary: $120,000 - $240,000

What you will do

• Lead customer discovery to understand workflows, constraints, and success criteria for enterprise clients.
• Translate complex business processes into executable AI agent workflows.
• Own customer deployments end-to-end, from discovery and workflow design through go-live and long-term success.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to validate assumptions and execute technical configurations.
• Serve as the executive point of contact for deployments, leading kickoffs, milestone reviews, and QBRs.
• Scale and improve onboarding and deployment processes to make them more repeatable.

Requirements

• 6+ years in customer-facing roles (Product, Engagement, Consulting, or Founder experience).
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to reason about workflows, APIs, and system behavior.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent, high-stakes enterprise projects.
• Familiarity with LLMs, APIs, JSON, and basic SQL literacy.
• Must be based in San Francisco or New York City.
• SaaS experience and proficiency in Excel/PPT.

Nice to have

• Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with AI-driven or workflow automation products.
