What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 4-10 technicians in performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate and manage contractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery of field services.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting on AC/DC electrical systems, energy storage systems, and substations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards including OSHA, NFPA 70E, and NFPA 855.
• Manage documentation for O&M activities, including service tickets, safety permits, and CMMS updates.
• Support construction and commissioning activities to ensure smooth transitions to operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dateland, AZ.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working on utility-scale electrical systems.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in operations and maintenance of industrial energy storage and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with CMMS, DAS/SCADA, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols (OSHA, NFPA 70E, Lockout/Tagout).
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Journeyman or Master Electrician certification.
• NFPA 70E and OSHA 30 Certification.
• College degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
