Location: Must be based in the continental US or able to work from the corporate office in Draper, Utah.

What you will do
- Define the 3–5 year vision and roadmap for the API platform aligned with company strategy.
- Lead the end-to-end API lifecycle including discovery, design, development, and deprecation.
- Establish and own API governance, including design standards, documentation, and security practices.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, compliance, and legal teams to ensure robust fintech integrations.
- Define and optimize KPIs such as API adoption, reliability, and partner satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor product managers to drive execution and establish best practices across the portfolio.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product leadership experience in B2B SaaS, platforms, payments, or fintech.
- 3+ years leading products involving technical integrations such as SDKs, APIs, or plug-ins.
- Strong understanding of REST, OAuth, API keys, cloud technologies, and CI/CD.
- Proven ability to define and communicate strategic roadmaps.
- Must be based in the continental US or able to work from the Draper, Utah office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
