What you will do

• Define product strategy and roadmaps for the marketplace and financial services platform.
• Lead product discovery efforts to validate customer problems and potential solutions.
• Create and maintain product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, GTM, and Operations teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Analyze product usage and performance metrics to improve execution and efficiency.
• Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify innovation opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in Software, SaaS, marketplace, or fintech.
• Proven track record of shipping customer-facing products from concept to scale.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and customer journey mapping.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Ability to use data to inform decision-making and prioritization.

• Experience with payments, logistics, or commerce platforms.
• Background in high-growth startups or regulated industries.
