Compensation: $180,000 – $220,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the full merchant journey from signed deal to live platform.
• Partner with internal teams to build tools that multiply the effectiveness of Solutions, Implementation, and Customer Success.
• Drive the shift from manual, hands-on implementation to self-serviceable merchant workflows.
• Design scalable paths for migrating historical data from legacy billing systems.
• Define and track success metrics related to time-to-value, onboarding effort, and self-service adoption.
• Bring structure to complex operational problem spaces and align cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Proven track record of owning onboarding, activation, or internal tooling products.
• Experience building for operational, support, or implementation teams.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks in complex workflows and translate them into actionable product roadmaps.
• Strong cross-functional influence and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
