Senior Product Design Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Design and deliver complete digital product experiences from early product shaping through release and continued iteration.
• Translate customer and business needs, product goals, and technical constraints into clear workflows, intuitive interactions, scalable patterns, and polished interfaces.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, detailed interface designs, responsive behaviors, interaction states, content expectations, and implementation guidance.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, content designers, and quality specialists throughout delivery.
• Partner directly with engineers through implementation, design QA, release, and post-release improvements.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, research, and delivery context.

Requirements

• Significant experience designing and shipping digital products within cross-functional product or delivery teams.
• Strong foundations in product design, interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, accessibility, and user-centered research.
• Portfolio demonstrating complete product workflows and shipped outcomes.
• Strong proficiency with Figma, component-based design, and modern design systems.
• Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile products, end-to-end journeys, workflows, edge cases, and accessibility requirements.
• Strong collaboration, communication, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and client-facing skills in complex delivery environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted development environments.
• Ability to create interactive or coded prototypes and working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, or modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience designing AI-enabled or data-intensive product experiences.
• Experience evolving design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Experience helping clients improve product design practices, systems, or ways of working.
