What you will do
- Develop and execute strategies for Regional System Integrators (SIs) to drive field adoption and enterprise growth.
- Connect partner motions to specific customer outcomes, product priorities, and measurable commercial value.
- Build repeatable working processes and operational foundations for the partner ecosystem.
- Resolve cross-functional dependencies across Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations.
- Turn initial proofs of concept into scalable, repeatable commercial plays.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in New York or London.
- English: C1+ proficiency required.
- Hands-on experience in partnership management, business development, or operations.
- Ability to work as an individual contributor in a high-velocity, low-ego environment.
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch.
