What you will do

• Direct AI infrastructure investments and manage strategic roadmaps for internal platform builders.
• Own the end-to-end agent development lifecycle, including prompt definition, versioning, and deployment contracts.
• Drive platform adoption by providing self-service capabilities, clear APIs, and comprehensive onboarding for internal teams.
• Evaluate emerging AI models and frameworks to maintain a competitive, cost-effective, and future-proof architecture.
• Mentor domain teams on AI best practices and platform integration to accelerate time-to-value.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience leading internal platforms, developer tools, or infrastructure.
• Technical fluency in CI/CD, APIs, and observability with the ability to read code.
• Proven track record of managing platform outcomes, SLAs, and deprecation cycles across organizational boundaries.
• Experience treating infrastructure as a product and driving adoption through feedback-driven roadmaps.
• Strong strategic communication skills for aligning stakeholders across engineering, security, and executive levels.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering platform capabilities to globally distributed engineering teams.
• Background in healthtech, regulated industries, or environments with strict governance like HIPAA or GDPR.
