What you will do
- Identify production problems and bottlenecks and resolve issues.
- Provide resources (materials, equipment, and human resources) to keep production schedules on track.
- Facilitate continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and customer service.
- Oversee production functions and maintain an engaged, team-oriented workforce to improve business results.
- Support training and development of Operations Team Leads for future advancement.
- Lead and teach World Class Safety/Wellness culture and support community and sustainability responsibilities.
Requirements
- Supervise 20–30 employees in Production and handle planning, assigning, directing work, performance evaluation, and employee development.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to communicate effectively with groups of customers or employees.
- Basic math skills including rate/ratio/percent calculations and interpreting bar graphs.
- Knowledge of manufacturing software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must be able to work weekends and/or shift work, including swing and graveyard shifts.

Salary: $71,410.00 - $107,110.00 (annual)
