What you will do

• Supervise and manage a team of 15-20 direct reports within manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and promote a safety mindset.
• Drive operational KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
• Develop and coach team members to enhance skills and retain critical knowledge.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize factory operations.
• Manage annual planning, budgeting, and reporting for the team’s performance.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Linkou, Taiwan.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related disciplines; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in people management.
• Experience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or electronics preferred.
• Proven track record in operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
