Manufacturing Operations Leader

What you will do

• Supervise a work center or shift with approximately 15–20 direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, and operational procedures across teams.
• Set targets, appraise employees, coach direct reports, and develop team capabilities.
• Drive operational results, factory KPIs, annual plans, budgets, and approved deviations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and foster a continuous improvement culture.
• Prepare performance reports and coordinate operational decisions with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• At least 3 years of experience managing people and leading a production or manufacturing team.
• Experience driving operational excellence, productivity improvement, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management and problem-solving.
• Good written and spoken English, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, electronics, or related industries.
