What you will do

• Manage the Americas import/export program to ensure full compliance with regional laws and regulations.
• Supervise the Americas Global Trade Compliance Specialist and provide guidance on daily operations.
• Maintain the global product dictionary, including HTS, ECCN, and ADD/CVD classifications.
• Liaise with Customs officials and external consultants to facilitate efficient goods movement.
• Analyze daily exceptions to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and file post-entry corrections and internal monthly Customs reports.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree with 4 to 5 years of relevant import/export operational and compliance experience.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. and Canada Customs import/export laws and regulations.
• Experience with antidumping duties (ADD/CVD) and Free Trade Agreements like USMCA.
• Proficiency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong PC skills, specifically in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work semi-autonomously and manage cross-functional project goals.
