Americas Global Trade Compliance Supervisor

Location: North Andover, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid or remote depending on candidate location, with occasional office attendance required

Salary: $104,000–$120,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage the Americas import and export program and daily trade activity in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Supervise the Americas Global Trade Compliance Specialist and collaborate with internal departments, Customs officials, brokers, and external consultants.
• Maintain the global product dictionary, including HTS, ADD/CVD, ECCN, and material data.
• Prepare monthly Customs reports, manage exceptions, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain vendor shipping instructions and customs broker SOPs, prepare post-entry corrections, and review ADD/CVD cases.
• Manage export controls and diversion risk, support compliance projects, and provide trade training to business units.

Requirements

• Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian Customs import and export laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian antidumping duties, laws, and regulations.
• Experience with Free Trade Agreements, including USMCA and GSP.
• Four to five years of relevant import/export operational and compliance experience and a BA/BS degree.
• Ability to represent the company before import/export-related government agencies and external consultants and deliver cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency in English, strong communication skills, and practical experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
