What you will do

  • Lead and mature the global accounting organization to support a complex business across SaaS and payments.
  • Oversee monthly close, financial reporting, global consolidations, and multi-entity accounting.
  • Manage internal controls, compliance, external audits, and tax operations.
  • Oversee billing, collections, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Partner with Finance Systems to implement automation and AI-enabled processes to reduce manual effort.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing accounting team, establishing clear priorities and accountability.

Requirements

  • CPA required.
  • 7+ years of experience leading and scaling a controllership within a high-growth technology company.
  • Experience with multiple revenue streams, specifically SaaS and payments.
  • Proven track record in multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
  • Strong executive communication skills for partnership with the CFO.
  • Must be based in the United States.
