What you will do

  • Design and implement intake workflows, covering inbound call handling, lead qualification, and handoffs to legal teams.
  • Manage live inbound calls during the pilot phase to refine intake conversations and scripts.
  • Develop customized qualification criteria and escalation protocols across various legal practice areas.
  • Establish quality assurance processes to ensure conversations meet legal industry standards.
  • Collaborate with AI specialists to integrate voice agents and automation into the intake function.
  • Track and report on performance metrics, including conversion rates and handoff quality.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in legal intake, paralegal work, legal operations, or legal call center management.
  • Deep familiarity with how law firm leads are qualified, prioritized, and handed off to attorneys.
  • Ability to handle live calls with individuals who may be in urgent or distressing situations.
  • Strong process documentation skills to transform complex workflows into repeatable systems.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience with legal CRMs such as Clio, Litify, Filevine, or Lead Docket.
  • Familiarity with call tracking platforms like CallRail or Five9.
  • Exposure to AI voice agents or automation tools in a legal or call center context.
  • Experience building or scaling an intake function from scratch.
