Senior Data Analyst (Fintech): Providing analysis and recommendations to drive sales, marketing, pricing, and promotional strategies with an accent on customer behavior and profitability. Focus on building Tableau dashboards, developing predictive models for CLTV, and optimizing customer acquisition and retention.

Location: Hybrid - Must be based in Atlanta, GA (3 days onsite)

What you will do

• Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to support business decision-making.
• Lead customer analytics initiatives including CLTV, segmentation, and first-time versus repeat buyer analyses.
• Develop predictive and statistical models to support customer acquisition, engagement, and profitability.
• Automate manual reporting processes to improve overall business operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Data Science) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data, business, or marketing analytics, preferably within retail or e-commerce.
• 5+ years of experience utilizing SQL, SAS, or similar tools to query large data sets.
• 3+ years of experience developing dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Proficiency with web analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, attribution modeling, and price elasticity analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, or Analytics.

Nice to have

• MBA with a concentration in Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience with Python and/or R.
• Experience building predictive models in a consumer-focused organization.
