What you will do

• Lead a client portfolio, owning executive relationships and the strategic growth agenda.
• Orchestrate automation and platform strategy, including Performance Max and value-based bidding.
• Integrate Bliss Point insights (MMM, incrementality) into budget allocation and testing.
• Design and govern hypothesis-driven test roadmaps and experiment designs.
• Build and coach a high-performing team of managers and senior individual contributors.
• Manage financial health including margins, utilization, and forecast accuracy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Paid Search/Shopping with a track record of managing budgets >$1M monthly.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience, including leading other managers.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center, SA360, and Skai.
• Proficiency with GA4 and financial modeling/forecasting.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Google Ads Search and Shopping certifications.
