What you will do

• Lead client strategy by developing growth-oriented roadmaps and testing plans aligned with commercial goals.
• Own performance delivery across key Paid Search accounts, ensuring strategic execution and budget governance.
• Translate complex performance data into strategic recommendations to influence client decisions and investments.
• Mentor junior specialists and share best practices to drive knowledge development within the Paid Search team.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, identifying growth opportunities and translating business objectives into actionable strategies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of deep Paid Search expertise, preferably with agency experience.
• Proven proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, and feed optimization platforms like Channable.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Strategic mindset with a track record of identifying growth opportunities and contributing to new business pitches.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from the Amsterdam office.
