What you will do

• Lead and coach Paid Search activation teams, managing professional growth and capacity planning.
• Develop advanced Paid Search strategies aligned with business objectives and KPIs for client portfolios.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and suppliers to meet business needs.
• Oversee operational excellence, ensuring financial accuracy and data integrity in campaign management.
• Build annual learning agendas and test plans to drive continuous innovation and optimization.
• Contribute to agency-wide process improvements and quality standards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in digital media specializing in Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
• Proven track record of planning and managing large-scale PPC campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and deriving actionable insights.
• Experience in people management, including career development and leading hybrid teams.
• Ability to influence clients and articulate complex strategies persuasively.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
