What you will do
- Execute and optimize global paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.
- Manage end-to-end campaign strategy, including audience targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation.
- Leverage AI tools and platforms like Clay to automate workflows and improve targeting efficiency.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate conversion tracking and pipeline reporting.
- Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights to executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Gen, Content, and Sales teams to execute integrated campaigns.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in paid media or digital marketing within B2B SaaS or high-growth tech.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and other paid platforms.
- Proven track record of optimizing campaigns against pipeline, revenue, and ROI goals.
- Strong analytical skills using tools like GA4, Looker, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for applying AI tools to marketing execution.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling new paid acquisition channels.
- Familiarity with Clay or similar audience enrichment and GTM tools.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Background in AI-native or high-growth startup environments.
