Salary: $84,000 – $100,000

What you will do

  • Lead paid search strategy, performance optimization, and business planning for enterprise B2B clients.
  • Develop campaign architecture, testing roadmaps, and operational improvements.
  • Manage complex account structures across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
  • Translate performance data into actionable business recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Client Strategy, Analytics, Creative, and SEO teams on integrated marketing.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, audience expansion, and performance innovation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States (not eligible for immigration sponsorship).
  • 4+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns in an agency environment.
  • Proven success managing complex B2B paid search programs for enterprise or mid-market clients.
  • Deep expertise in SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills using GA4 and Excel for performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing roles.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, or cloud technology organizations.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot) and offline conversion tracking.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools for campaign efficiency.
