Salary: $19.78 - $22.32 / hour

What you will do
- Partner with Box Office and Ticketing managers to identify and solve venue-specific challenges.
- Act as a relationship manager and primary technical support contact for ticketing venue partners.
- Respond to support requests, troubleshooting technical issues or escalating them when necessary.
- Advise clients on best practices for event and promotion configuration.
- Track and report all client interactions to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
- Configure events and promotions for full-service clients.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in live event ticketing and event programming.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalency (BA/BS degree preferred).
- Location: Must be based in Denver, CO
