Salary: $21–$27 per hour

What you will do

  • Provide physical and logical support for IT devices, including hardware upgrades (RAM, HD) and troubleshooting.
  • Manage the local ticketing system and handle helpdesk phone calls to resolve user issues.
  • Support onboarding by validating network access and ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Issue IT equipment to user groups and provide training on proper usage.
  • Perform regular system patching and keep machines updated with the latest software updates.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret level security clearance
  • Security+ certification
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–2 years of relevant technical support experience
  • Must be based in the Colorado Springs, CO area
