What you will do
- Provide physical and logical support for IT devices, including hardware upgrades (RAM, HD) and troubleshooting.
- Manage the local ticketing system and handle helpdesk phone calls to resolve user issues.
- Support onboarding by validating network access and ensuring all requirements are met.
- Issue IT equipment to user groups and provide training on proper usage.
- Perform regular system patching and keep machines updated with the latest software updates.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret level security clearance
- Security+ certification
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of relevant technical support experience
- Must be based in the Colorado Springs, CO area
