What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams through the full product development process from initiation to commercial delivery.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, tasks, and priorities to ensure streamlined workflows.
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, tracking accruals, and actuals.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks while balancing time, cost, and quality standards.
• Drive problem-solving sessions and hold team members accountable to commitments.
• Communicate project status and operational developments to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of program management experience (or advanced degree with 3+ years).
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Practical knowledge in leading execution of processes and projects within a technical discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a matrixed organization.
• Understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• MBA, PMP, or CSM certification.
• Experience with medical device industry regulations (FDA, notified bodies).
• Experience with software, AI solutions, and SAFe/Agile practices.
• Product launch experience working with global teams.
