What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project and program managers.
- Drive standardization of project management processes, tools, and governance practices.
- Oversee portfolio delivery for both new product development and released product programs.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and patient-centered decision-making.
- Support the implementation of Product Development Process (PDP) and Design Controls.
- Manage workforce planning, talent reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Level 8 degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience supporting both new product development and released product programs.
- Strong knowledge of Design Controls, Product Development Process (PDP), and Quality Systems.
- Demonstrated success working on cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent executive communication and change leadership skills.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MBA, Engineering, or Science).
- PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or highly regulated industries.
- Background in leading PMO transformations or portfolio governance initiatives.
