What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project and program managers.
• Drive standardization of project management processes, tools, and governance practices.
• Oversee portfolio delivery for both new product development and released product programs.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and patient-centered decision-making.
• Support the implementation of Product Development Process (PDP) and Design Controls.
• Manage workforce planning, talent reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Level 8 degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience supporting both new product development and released product programs.
• Strong knowledge of Design Controls, Product Development Process (PDP), and Quality Systems.
• Demonstrated success working on cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent executive communication and change leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA, Engineering, or Science).
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or highly regulated industries.
• Background in leading PMO transformations or portfolio governance initiatives.
