What you will do

• Monitor and safely assist mobile service robots in real-world clinical settings.
• Supervise a team of Clinical Robot Associates, including scheduling, onboarding, and training.
• Collect field data and troubleshoot robot issues, providing detailed feedback to engineers.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure expectations of hospital partners are exceeded.
• Handle administrative duties such as time card approval and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Rochester, NY and willing to work onsite.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven supervisory experience leading small teams (scheduling, training, support).
• Strong customer service and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to obtain vendor credentials, including immunizations, background checks, and drug screens.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
