Robot Service Technician (Autonomous Delivery Robots)

Location: Onsite and available to candidates local to the Miami, FL area. The posting also references Corvallis, Oregon, and a Georgia Tech campus location. Full-time Monday–Friday shifts are available: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 3:00 PM–11:30 PM. Remote work is not available, and relocation is not offered.

What you will do

• Assemble wiring harnesses, cables, connectors, and mechanical and electrical robot components.
• Install, configure, and replace LiDAR, camera, ultrasonic, and other sensor systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose failures, investigate incidents, and execute repairs.
• Test and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, including suspension and battery components.
• Support deployment, testing, validation, and field operation of autonomous delivery robots.
• Manage inventory, equipment tracking, parts organization, and hardware validation activities.

Requirements

• Experience using mechanical and electrical tools, measuring equipment, and diagnostic tools.
• Experience assembling and disassembling electrical and electromechanical systems and integrating custom electronic modules.
• Ability to read 2D mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
• Understanding of AC/DC electrical systems and safe working practices.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, strong troubleshooting skills, and effective teamwork.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work onsite in the Miami, FL area. Ability to lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or more is required.

Nice to have

• Automotive service, vehicle retrofitting, manufacturing, electric vehicle, robotics, or autonomous systems experience.
• Soldering, wire crimping, computer proficiency, and familiarity with diagnostic tools.
