Location: Hybrid - Must work from office in Austin, TX or Dallas, TX for 3 days/week

What you will do
- Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, emails, and chat.
- Explain homeowners insurance coverages, policy options, billing, and endorsements clearly.
- Resolve customer inquiries during the initial interaction to achieve First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Manage customer retention by addressing concerns and educating them on the value of their coverage.
- Collaborate with Underwriting, Billing, Claims, and Sales departments to resolve requests.
- Document all customer interactions and policy changes accurately in company systems.
Requirements
- Active General Lines Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years of insurance customer service experience in a call center or contact center environment.
- Intermediate PC skills with focus on Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to simultaneously navigate between multiple applications and windows.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for explaining complicated terminology.

- Experience with Salesforce or NICE phone systems.
