TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Houston, TX (Hybrid role)

What you will do

  • Enhance client responsiveness and ensure timely resolution of service inquiries.
  • Improve and maintain internal workflows to support the broader client service team.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality insurance administration services.
  • Manage client data and documentation with high attention to detail.
  • Utilize insurance carrier websites and internal systems to facilitate benefit administration.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of applicable professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working both independently and in a team.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a broker agency or benefit administration firm.
  • Familiarity with insurance carrier websites.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with Employee Navigator or similar database applications.
