What you will do

• Manage client cases and ensure prompt, effective resolution of warranty and product issues.
• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, voicemails, and emails from customers nationwide.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and case progress.
• Communicate process steps clearly to customers and set expectations for resolution.
• Meet and exceed Contact Center KPIs, including average handle time, calls per hour, and service levels.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be located in or able to work in Boston Heights, OH to support the hybrid schedule.
• Preferred: At least 6 months of experience in customer service or case management (call center, retail, hospitality).
• Proficiency in computer systems, specifically the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization and urgency.
