What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for custom applications and cloud migrations.
• Champion the integration and operationalization of AI capabilities within project teams to drive efficiency.
• Manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams (architects, cloud engineers) and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate problem resolution and decision-making using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Ensure technical solutions align with organizational standards, scalability needs, and security requirements.

Requirements

• Must be a United States citizen due to government security clearance requirements.
• Must reside in a state other than: AL, CA, CT, HI, IL, ME, MA, MI, NJ, NY, OR, RI, VT, WA.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical project teams in a matrixed organization.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle application development and cloud migration projects.
• Proficiency in using AI productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) in a professional setting.
• Expert-level experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Nice to have

• PMP or PMI-ACP certification.
• Coursework or certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, or AI/ML fundamentals.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and API-driven architectures.
