What you will do

• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, running PoVs, and closing deals.
• Drive outbound pipeline creation within named mid-enterprise accounts.
• Deliver technical demos and communicate product value to CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
• Implement land and expand strategies to grow usage and footprint across multiple teams.
• Develop business value assessments and quantify ROI for customers.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to refine GTM strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle quota-carrying experience in a technical SaaS company.
• Proven success generating outbound pipeline and closing six-figure deals.
• Experience selling to engineering leaders (CTOs, VPs of Eng, DevOps).
• Strong technical curiosity and ability to learn complex products quickly.
• Track record of multi-threaded deal management and value-based selling.
• Must be based in Germany

• Familiarity with AI, developer, and open source technologies.
