TL;DR

Mid-Market Account Executive (SaaS): Driving the full sales cycle for a product-led AI orchestration platform with an accent on engaging technical buyers and converting inbound pipeline into high-value customers. Focus on refining US sales motions, managing complex evaluations, and scaling the company's presence in the North American market.

Location: Must be based in Boston (with monthly travel to NYC) or New York (hybrid 2-3 days per week).

Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 OTE (New York), plus equity and commission.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead qualification to closing mid-market deals.
  • Engage technical stakeholders including Developers, DevOps, IT, and CTOs.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding.
  • Manage and expand the existing US pipeline through strategic evaluation processes.
  • Refine and shape the US sales motion in partnership with leadership.
  • Act as a key voice in the company's US expansion and foundation-building efforts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, specifically as a Mid-Market AE or similar.
  • Proven track record of closing technical deals, ideally with developer-focused or open-source products.
  • Demonstrated success as a top performer in previous sales roles.
  • Strong hunter mindset with experience in outbound sales.
  • Must be based in Boston or New York with the ability to travel as required.
  • Existing right to work in the US is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with open source, developer tools, and PLG companies.
  • Background in startups at Series A-C stage.
