What you will do

• Define and execute hirify.global's overall strategy and presence in the Bay Area.
• Bridge AI and crypto by recruiting AI/ML startups and researchers to build on Solana.
• Cultivate a network of top founders and developers to increase ecosystem participation.
• Manage relationships with tier-1 VCs, accelerators, and incubators to drive high-quality deal flow.
• Oversee regional event strategy including hackathons, founder dinners, and technical salons.
• Represent the Foundation in high-stakes conversations with investors, founders, and press.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in venture capital, ecosystem leadership, or scaling top-tier tech companies.
• Deeply networked in the San Francisco Bay Area among founders, investors, and operators.
• Technical fluency in both crypto (Solana) and AI/ML domains.
• Proven judgment in capital allocation and resource deployment.
• Exceptional communication and closing skills.
• Must be based full-time in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated track record at the intersection of AI and crypto.
• Existing credible relationships in the AI/ML startup and research community.
• Prior experience deploying grants or managing an ecosystem fund.
• Previous founder or early-operator experience.
