What you will do
- Manage Salesforce CRM hygiene, data integrity, and basic administration to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for pipeline, forecast, activity, and quota attainment.
- Support weekly forecast and pipeline review cadences by preparing data packs and tracking deal movement.
- Administer territory and account assignments in Salesforce to align with quota plans.
- Provide first-line support for reps and managers on tools such as Salesforce and Gong.
- Perform ad hoc analysis on win/loss rates and conversion funnels to provide actionable insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce (reports, dashboards, and basic admin functions).
- Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and lookups.
- Must be based in the US; no immigration sponsorship or transfer available.
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience in logistics, freight, supply chain, or marketplace industries.
- Proficiency with SQL or data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Salesforce administrator certification.
