What you will do

• Build and ship AI-powered solutions including prompt layers, automation flows, and lightweight agents.
• Translate workflow assessments into technical designs and deployable solutions.
• Embed within business functions like Finance, HR, and Marketing to identify and redesign friction points.
• Run working sessions with stakeholders to map workflows and validate AI leverage.
• Maintain clear solution documentation for handoff, iteration, and audit.
• Contribute to tool evaluations and provide feedback to the AI Program Office.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Mexico.
• 2-4 years of experience in a business-facing function such as operations, finance, marketing, or HR.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and automation platforms like Make, Zapier, or n8n.
• Familiarity with RAG architectures and agent frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate real-world processes into technical designs independently.
• Strong communication skills to manage non-technical stakeholders and gather requirements.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in G&A, Finance, Legal, or Customer Success teams.
• Knowledge of AI governance, data handling, and PII awareness.
• Experience in a startup environment or small program.
• Background in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or storage companies.
• Portfolio or GitHub examples of built AI workflows.
