What you will do

• Build and configure AI voice agents for inbound call handling and lead qualification
• Integrate voice platforms with law firm CRMs and call tracking tools
• Design and iterate on conversation flows, intent logic, and escalation protocols
• Identify and build internal automation workflows to eliminate repetitive tasks
• Develop AI-powered tools to improve client delivery
• Document all builds to ensure maintainability and scalability

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience building AI workflows and integrations in production
• Hands-on experience with AI voice platforms such as Bland AI, Vapi, Retell AI, or Eleven Labs
• Proficiency in integrating tools via APIs, webhooks, or no-code tools (Make, Zapier, n8n)
• Ability to design conversation flows and intent logic
• Must be based in the United States
• Strong documentation habits and ability to work independently

Nice to have

• Experience in legal or healthcare industry contexts
• Familiarity with legal CRMs like Clio, Litify, or Lead Docket
• LLM prompt engineering or fine-tuning experience
• Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript
