What you will do

• Analyze customer requirements to develop technical pumping solutions through sizing and product selection.
• Prepare engineered proposals by interpreting specifications, technical drawings, and submittals.
• Act as a technical advisor for customers, distributors, EPC firms, and consulting engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive quote-to-order conversion and identify early-stage project opportunities to build a sustainable pipeline.
• Influence project specifications by engaging engineering stakeholders early in the design process.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers, Engineering, and Product Management to deliver pursuit strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or specification influence.
• Required: Pump industry experience (Municipal Sector highly preferred).
• Experience engaging EPC offices, consulting engineers, and design firms in water or wastewater applications.
• Proven ability to apply technical knowledge to size solutions and influence stakeholders.
