Location: Remote (USA, TX). Must be able to travel to facilities and customer accounts on at least a quarterly basis.

Salary: $60,000 - $79,900 USD per annum

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for waste disposal inquiries and service coordination.
• Review and interpret SDSs and laboratory analysis to ensure proper waste classification and disposal methods.
• Prepare and submit waste profiles in accordance with facility criteria and regulatory standards (EPA, DOT, RCRA, TSCA).
• Coordinate new customer onboarding, including profile creation and documentation review.
• Collaborate with internal Operations, Logistics, and Billing teams to ensure accurate waste pickup and disposal.
• Maintain customer records in CRM and support project management for special waste streams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 2+ years of experience in the waste/environmental industry or customer/account management.
• Degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in reviewing SDSs, lab results, and waste profiles.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel quarterly to visit hirify.global Facilities and customer accounts.
