What you will do

• Monitor and triage security alerts, acting as the primary internal escalation point for managed SOC vendors.
• Manage endpoint security tooling (EDR, MDM), enforce policy compliance, and remediate identified vulnerabilities.
• Own identity and access management (IAM) policies, including access review design and audit reporting.
• Execute phishing simulations and manage the security awareness program for high-risk user groups.
• Support SOC 2 evidence collection and maintain current runbooks and incident response procedures.
• Leverage AI-assisted threat detection and evaluate new AI-powered security tools (SOAR, behavioral analytics).

Requirements

• Must be based in Playa Vista, CA
• 5–8 years of experience in security operations, IT security, or a similar hands-on role.
• Hands-on experience with EDR platforms (e.g., CrowdStrike), MDM tools, and SIEM/log management platforms.
• Working knowledge of IAM principles and tools such as Azure AD / Entra ID, SSO, and SCIM.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 trust service criteria and corporate IT evidence collection requirements.
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and understanding cloud security fundamentals.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, GCIA, GCIH, or SSCP.
• Experience with AI-powered security tools or SOAR platforms.
