Salary: $100,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Assess customer Falcon environments to ensure alignment with security standards.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve customer security posture.
• Directly engage with customers to resolve misalignments and security issues.
• Document and track customer issues in accordance with established SLAs.
• Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
• Develop service reports and performance statistics for customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a cybersecurity-focused role.
• US Citizenship or Green Card Holder.
• Demonstrated knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer empathy.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance workflows and decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience with SIEM, UEBA, MDR/XDR, and incident management.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and MITRE Att&ck.
• Experience working with complex, sophisticated clients.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (SANS, ISC2).
